Shipping and returns

At the moment, we are unfortunately not able to ship outside Sweden.

Payment

It is important to us that our customers can choose the type of payment that is most convenient to them. We offer these types of payment:

Cancellation of order

We are able to cancel a order if the information reaches us before the product has been shipped. Contact customercare@cavalet.se to cancel your order. We can never guarantee that a placed order can be cancelled. If you want to cancel a order that already shipped, we recommend that you don't pick up your package from the delivery service. The package will be returned to us and you will be refunded for the cost of the product.

Returns

We guarantee total customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unused product in its original box provided you meet the rules described below. You may cancel the sale agreement up to 14 days from the delivery date. 

All goods must be returned unused in the original box complete with all the original hangtags, instructions, warranty certificates etc. You are responsible for returning the goods as soon as possible. If the returned goods are not in a sellable condition, we will not accept your return.

Only goods purchased online on this site can be returned through this procedure. Goods purchased online can not be returned through one of our retailers.

Fasten the return label on the original box and leave it at the same delivery service where you picked up the package. The return label states that the cost of shipping is payed for by us. The cost of the product will be refunded to you within 10 weekdays.

Defective products, damaged products, wrong delivery and products that go missing during delivery

You must check that your shipment is correct upon delivery. If there are discrepancies or problems with your order, please notify us about the issue within 24 hours on customercare@cavalet.se. In regards to damaged goods, it is helpful if you provide a photograph that shows the damage. Then, follow the returns procedure described above. If the product is being returned due to our error we will refund all costs incurred in returning the item. Subject to availability, we will send you a replacement item. If we can not replace the item, you will receive a refund.
