Every one of our bags is exposed to rigorous quality tests before shipping. If you encounter any fabrication defects, Cavalet pledges to repair or replace your product in accordance with the warranty terms and conditions. Be sure to save your receipt of purchase to take advantage of the warranty. All our softside suitcases have a 2-year warranty and our hardside suitcases have a 5-year warranty. Please note that Cavalet does not accept responsibility for damages due to careless handling.
